KÖÖKone works with multiple suppliers. Therefore, shipping costs and conditions may vary based on: supplier, product category, delivery area, weight/volume and minimum order requirements.

Costs

The cost (or free shipping) is always shown before you confirm your order: in the cart and/or at checkout, based on the selected products and supplier.

Free shipping

In many areas and for many suppliers, shipping is free under certain conditions (e.g. minimum threshold, promotions, specific product lines).

⚠️ This is not a universal rule: some shipments may have a flat cost or minimum order requirement.

Order cut-off

Normally, for standard delivery (AxC) orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed with priority and delivered according to the indicated times.

⚠️ Not all suppliers/areas guarantee the 12:00 PM cut-off (e.g. high seasonality, fresh products, remote areas). The most reliable estimate is shown at checkout.

Times

Times are indicative and depend on the supplier. In case of unexpected delays, we will update you via email or in the orders area.

Multiple shipments

If your order contains products from different suppliers, you may receive separate deliveries (with different tracking numbers when available).

Reception

We recommend checking the condition of packages upon delivery and, if necessary, accepting with reservation and taking photos of the packaging to facilitate any assistance procedures.
